Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

Oh yes, that’s right. Chicken wings. One of the many uber easy paleo foods that I think often goes overlooked. Since I have to run out to Barbell Club, I have to make this post quick. Enjoy these and let me know what you think!! I have more chicken wing recipes coming up.


  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 t garlic
  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and coat your baking sheet with coconut oil (or whatever you’d like to use).
  2. Toss the wings with salt and paprika and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Check the wings at 10 minutes to make sure everything is going ok :)
  3. Take the wings out, place them in a bowl, squeeze half of your lemon over them (save the other half for later), and sprinkle garlic over it. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
  5. Nom nom nom
