Oh yes, that’s right. Chicken wings. One of the many uber easy paleo foods that I think often goes overlooked. Since I have to run out to Barbell Club, I have to make this post quick. Enjoy these and let me know what you think!! I have more chicken wing recipes coming up.
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t paprika
- 1 lemon
- 1 t garlic
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- Preheat oven to 400 F and coat your baking sheet with coconut oil (or whatever you’d like to use).
- Toss the wings with salt and paprika and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Check the wings at 10 minutes to make sure everything is going ok
- Take the wings out, place them in a bowl, squeeze half of your lemon over them (save the other half for later), and sprinkle garlic over it. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
